Cold as I was, I turned on the air conditioning, I squinted my eyes as the breeze drifted onto my face. I was due to pick my daughter Tulica up from her friends, it was already eight o' clock. No way would I make it in time for her, Tulica means the world to me, in fact she is my world. I decided to speed things up a little by changing gear, I looked behind, there was no cars, no movement, no-one. I decided to go faster, and faster, until I lost control, I tried to stop and I pressed to foot onto the break, It was far too late, the Tyre skidded along the road on the damp tarmac, I crashed into a car that appeared from no where, my body swung forward and slung back, my hair swished and blood splattered, I touched my face and whipped the blood dripping from my nose, the man from the car in front walked towards me in my car, the leafs crunched as his heavy footsteps got closer and closer, he breathed out a black cloud of smoke from the tobacco pipe he smoked from, he approached me with his arm reaching me, he got me out of the car and made me sit in his car, there was a jacket behind me, it smelt of after shave, an expensive kind, like something you'd wear for a date? It looked to small to fit him, he had a rather large beer belly, the man I crashed into was a rather strange man, he had facial stubble, wild eyebrows and looked like he'd had a long night drinking whiskey at the pub. He drove off back to his, he lived in a small cottage, I walked into the house and glanced at his rather depressing and Gothic decorated hallway, it smelt of whiskey and dust, he sat me down and gave me a glass of water, we chatted for a while and I forgot about Tulica, we talked about ourselves and the latest gossip, it was 10 o' clock, he told me I should stay the night as he was worried that i'd hurt myself, so i stayed over in the guest room, it was dark and cold. He gave me a fleece blanket, but it was thin and itchy. I didn't want to sleep with that over me, so i curled up on the stiff mattress, wrapping my body inside the sheet, I turned the lamp on, the heat came from the burning insides of the light bulb, then. Something touched my arm, I jumped out of the bed quicker than the speed of light, I screamed as eyes glared at me from underneath the bed. He picked himself up and explained that he wouldn't hurt me and that he crashed into the man to, he was also taken in, but he told me something else, something that made my skin crawl, he told me he had been in the house and never escaped for 15 years. The man that crashed into us was a complete nutter! The man heard my scream and came upstairs, just before he entered the door he mumbled 'is everything okay?' He walked in to find me and Tommy, his face turned bright red, his blood started to boil, he punched the wall as the anger spread across his body, he screeched and pulled me by the hair, he pushed me against the wall and grabbed me by the scruff of my shirt, he pulled my shirt off and pulled down my pants, he pushed me against the floor and started to touch me, that night I was raped, Tommy whitenessed it all. The next day I awoke, naked on the floor, with Tommy leaning over me, he looked into my eyes and hugged me to keep me warm he kissed my forehead and showed some sympathy for last nights insodent, he told me he'd sort things out, but to leave it to him, the nutter was just getting started, days upon days he made me pretend to be his wife to family and friends, he abused me, hit me and raped me, the longest 4 months of my life. Tommy told me it would get better but things only got worst, I was now separated from my daughter and lived a lie, with a man who was off his mind.
