The summer is the only time you can be truly free and relaxed. As the sun goes down we come in off our speedboat from a long day at the sandbar and going around the lake. We go up to the picnic table at the top of the hill by the cottage and the whole family sits down and relaxes with a nice meal my uncles my sisters my cousins my aunts we all sit down and talk about simple things we dont fight, we get along. As dinner winds down my uncles go down and gets the campfire ready and then all the kids and aunts come down and sit and relaxetell stories about childhood eat smores and when it gets later maybey have a hot dog. Once its pitch black we go and get the flashlite and the kids skatter and wait for the finder to find them hind and seek tag is the oldest thing that is done with my family at the cottage boy these are the nights i could replay all summer long.
