"You are about to be sold, my little boy. Sold to anyone that wants you. You will be their slave and you will do as they say or...or they may just indeed kill you. Understand you little brat?"

Chapter 23 * Jonra's Story

Jonra stared at the evil man in the eyes and said, "Slave? What do woe possibly mean? And wat is a brat? I am Jonra, not Slave nor Brat."

The man laughed at Jonra and said, "You are an funny idiot."
Jonra had no idea what a slave was, nor a brat, nor an idiot. He had never gone to school. He had never heard anyone speak this stange language. He was as clueless as a stream of water. The man said, "You will be set up for sale, this evening. It's a little past noon, so you have four hours left." The man made a evil grin and walked away.

Jonra was in the cage. Scared and frightened. He was a Native American and he was going to be sold away to a complete stranger. He wasn't sure if this stranger would be nice to him or mean. Many questions ran through his head and he didn't have any answer to any of them. He looked up at the man at the desk. He was looking at a magizine of some sort.

Jonra stood up and started to kick at the bars. The man looked at poor Jonra kicking the metal bars, trying to escape. The man got off of his chair and walked over to Jonra. He pulled out a belt. He whipped Jonra several times. Jonra looked at this stranger and smiled. He said, "Wou illy think tat tis hurts?"

The man frowned and said, "It doesn't hurt you? How is that possible?"

Jonra said, "My ma smacked me with stick eighty times a day."

The man said, "You better get your sleep, because in a few hours you...you are going to be a slave." The man walked away.

Jonra curled up and tried to sleep, but he couldn't. He was thinking about the stranger that is going to buy him. Was the stranger a man or woman? Would they be nice or mean?
A few hours passed and Jonra was put up for sale. A fat rich man in a white suite yelled, "Do I hear six hundred?"
A bald man yelled, "Seven hundred!"
Duane walked over and saw his friend in a cage, scared to dealth. He yelled, "One thousand!"
The bald man gasped and ran away. The crowd looked at Duane in shock. The fat rich man yelled, "Sold!" The crowd went away. The fat rich man walked down a block of stairs and stood in front of Duane. He held out his hand and said, "Hand over the money."
Duane smiled and said, "I don't have the money. The money is over there." He turned and pointed at a store. The fat rich man ran off. Duane ran up the block of stairs and freed Jonra. "Hello, Jonra. Remember me?"
Jonra said, "Are woe Mat?"
Duane said, "No, I am Duane. I am Mat's twin brother."
Jonra said, "Woe Mat's twin, too? Don told me tat he was Mat's twin."
Duane said, "Me, Don, and Mat are all twins. Talking about Don, would you happen to know where he is at?"
Jonra frowned and said, "He got died."
Duane said, "That's sad, but if we don't get out of here soon, we are also going to die." They ran through the town, floated on a boat across a lake, and climbed a huge mountain. When they got to the top of the mountian, they saw two men trapped under a tree. They didn't bother to stop and talk to the two men.
When they were walking in a marsh, they saw a young woman being attacked by a crocodile. When they were walking under the northen lights, they saw a group of men running from a dinosaur with a red dot painted on it's side. When they got to Frigitville, they noticed that everyone that lived there, were brainwashed.

Chapter 24 * Jonra's Story

When they got to Ship-Trap Island, they saw Zaroff and his dogs playing together. When they got to a train station, they saw Mrs. Chen, Mr. Chen, and their child talking. When they were passing through a town, they looked inside one of the house's windows and saw a woman feeding police officers, lamb. When they passed a mansion, they saw a woman and her butler staring at a dead body. That body belonged to the woman's husband.
When they passed Mountain St., they saw Mr. Coke rolling up and down the road. When they got to England, they saw Monetio's mansion. Monetio was a old man that Mat met in England. He was the one that told Mat about the legend of Trantrex. When they got to France, they saw the boat that Duane wrecked in. That was where he met Kima.
Eight weeks later, Jonra fell to the ground and died. He must have drank too much lake water. Duane said, "Jonra, this is where a thousand mile journey will start. All we have to do is take the first step."

Chapter 25 * Jonra's Story

Duane closed his eyes and started to walk to the edge of a cleft. When he fell off of the cleft, he opened his eyes. The Indian Ocean was crystal blue, but not for long. When Duane landed in the ocean, a speed boat ran him over. There was a large area in the ocean, that was now, red. It was...Duane's blood.
If it wasn't for him killing himself, the world would have been flooded. He changed the present, just like that one guy that stepped on a butterfly in the past. In a matter of fact, that man was in the group of him, that were being chased by the dinosuar.
Like I said this story doesn't have a happy ending. If you were smart and noble you would burn this terrible book or at least toss it out of a plane, so you wouldn't have to see the sorrowful words. I am sorry to hear that you read about my story: where many people died by fires. I am sorry to hear that you read about Emma's story: where people kill themselves. I am sorry to hear that you read about Sally's story: where people kill other people. I am sorry to hear that you read about Zaroff's story: where people get hunted. I am sorry to hear that you read about Mat's story: where people die by natural reasons. I am sorry to hear that you read about Romeo's story: where people get into a mob and try to kill two people. I am sorry to hear that you read about Jonra's story: where men in armor kill native americans. I am also very sorry to hear that you read this far in: A Series Of Sorrowful Stories.

Chapter 26 * The Legend Of Trantrex

An hour later, Mat and his mother, Rose, arrived in England. Mat walked out of the plane and looked around. "This is strange. I feel like I have been here before," he said.
Rose said, "Nonsense, now get unpacked and meet me at 568 Doom Lane." She walked away. Mat went back into the plane and picked up two suit cases. They both belonged to his mother. He dragged the suit cases off of the plane and down a narrow path until he came to 568 Doom Lane. The house was no house, it was instead a huge mansion.
A woman ran out of the house and down a block of stairs, then stopped in front of Mat. She said, "You have returned!"
Mat said, "This is my first time here, ma`am."
The woman said, "No...you are confused. Did you really forget about the secret you have found, that has been locked up in the treasure chest. Yonk's secret?"
Mat said, "Yonk? Who are you?" Before the woman could answer, a man opened the door and stared at Mat and the mysterious woman.
The man looked at Mat and said, "Good evening, Mat. I am Monetio Jino. I am really sorry to hear that your father died in the train crash. You will be living with me here in my amazing mansion."
Mat said, "Thank you." Mat turned around to face the woman, but the woman was gone. Mat then looked at Monetio. "Where is that woman that was standing next to me?"
Monetio made a evil grin and said, "I have no idea. Please come in."
Mat said, "No, thank you. I am going to walk around and look for that lady."
Monetio's eyes became shiny. He said, "You will be slaughtered out here, because it's almost V.Y.T hour."
Mat asked, "What does V.Y.T mean?"
Monetio said, "It is where vile rapscallions lynch poor plebeians."
Mat said, "I have no idea what you just said."
Monetio said, "Vile means evil. Rapscallions means rascals. Lynch means hang. Plebeians are people that walk along the streets at night. So if you put all of that together..."
Mat said, "It would say 'It is where evil rascals hang poor people that walk along the streets at night'. How do you know all of those big words?"
Monetio said, "I was once in a secret group. We were the good people, but then something went wrong."
Mat said, "What was the group called?"
Monetio said, "The secret group was called, The Apropos Congregation. In other words it's called, the correct churchgoers."
Mat said, "What do you mean when you say the correct churchgoers?"
Monetio said, "There are sixty groups. Only 30% were churchgoers. The other 30% were in a whole other group. That group was called, The Villainous Diablos, or in other words, the criminal demons."
Rose stepped out and said, "Monetio and Mat stop talking nonsense and come in here. I cooked a wonderful meal!"
Monetio said, "I bet you did." They all walked inside and sat at a huge table. It was covered in a white cloth of some sort. On the plate in front of Mat was two hot dogs and some green beans.

Chapter 27 * Emma's Story

Mat said, "What kind of meal is this?"
Rose said, "Something quick and easy."
Mat stood up and said, "Well, I am not going to eat." He walked away. He walked outside and closed the door behind him. He stared into the sky. He sat on the steps. Suddenly he heard something. He stood up and walked around the house. He saw a boy.
The boy looked at Mat and said, "Finally you arrived! I thought you got lost in England again or something."
Mat said, "Who are you? And you must be talking about someone else. This is my first time here."
The boy said, "Mat, you don't remember anything? You don't remember Ship-Trap Island? You don't remember the Mystery Inc.? You don't remember the lost golden key? You don't remember the secret about Yonk? You don't remember me or Duane?"
Mat said, "How do you know me? Who is Duane? Why is everyone asking me about a secret about this Yonk person?"
The boy said, "I am a friend of yours. I was your best friend. You talked about me every moment, that you could. I guess I have to take you to the
