This short story is written from the view of a Half caste Maori woman in the 1800s, in the aftermath of her husbands death she struggles with the restraints of her culture and her very being. It contrasts the Western beliefs with the more naturalistic ones of the Maori people.
I have always loved Dragons. Not particularly sure exactly why because I find many aspects of the myths and creativity derived from them stimulating! So I looked up over the years a lot of information and also started writing stories and more to write this book

Melody wants to go out and see the world, but unfortunately there is one problem. Melody is the daughter of the Greek Goddess Aphrodite. When her brother goes missing, Melody has to find him. Her journey starts in a small town in Pennsylvania. Will she ever find her brother?
Marty Humphrey has trouble finishing things. He just dropped out of college, and previously, a European backpacking adventure was abruptly cut short, when he became morbidly homesick on the flight across the Atlantic. Maybe the mystic-minded Rose O'Donnell can help Marty sort things out.
