This is a character from my other book, Dancing to the Melody.. I was writing and decided to give her character an exciting backstory... here it is :)

One man deprived of a woman's touch discovers his ability to "burn shadows". His life filled with constant boredom takes a turn when he meets a woman named Pauline. A life comparable to a flickering candlelight. Is the light enough? or is the candle too short?
When Carter and Gwen find out they have abilities to move the forces of nature, they use these abilities to help bring revenge to the ones they love.
This is the opening poem for Fiery Secrets: Legacy of Secrets #3. I wrote this as a means to explain what will be seen inside the pages. Fiery Secrets is to be released in the Fall of 2013.
