Harper Middleton and Mason Garcia fell in love Freshman year. Sophomore year, Mason fell in love with someone else. Instead of ending it with Harper, he decides to date both of them. Harper is aware of the couple but continues to stay with him. Do they end up falling back in love? Was it really love in the first place?

The unnamed writer talks about his life and his surroundings while at a doctors office. One thing that he finds particular is a young woman in the same room. Everything might just not be as it seems (for more mature readers, some may find it more offensive than others but is not explicit, just expressive)
