Jade Cardenas has lost a lot for a young girl that is only fifteen. After being in the juvenile hall for five months for a crime she didn't commit, she quickly catches on how to survive in the cruel world. Homeless and running away from the police she unexpectedly becomes tangled in the life of a very important gang member.

Picasso was unable to move on with his life after his wife's passing about a year ago. His grief for his wife was so much that he could not continue with his paintings. At least until he met an unlikely individual who said that he could help and how.
