While trying to keep his head down as he dealt with the daily grind of an undercity born teenager, Jafarr Zeldar ends up on a field trip to the Surface Patrol with his classmates. An enticing offer is extended to him--but as a Zeldar, his future is already decided.
Zormna is at court once more for insubordination--assumed guilty and forced to prove herself innnocent. Unfortunately her record of pranks is against her. And the judges in the Council have a vendetta. At the least, she could lose her position in the Surface Patrol. At worst, she could end up in prison for a crime she did not commit.

Zormna is snagged along by her friends to watch a Pronuk match in the Surface Gate. But while in there, she is sure she has spotted the guy she had nabbed trying to steal Surface Patrol property weeks ago... and who had escaped under the People's Military's custody.
This is just your basic boy-meets-girl, girl-sees-people-that-aren't-there kind of story. At first, life is decently normal for sophomore Toryn. But after meeting mysterious Greyson, and a crazy Bio accident, things start going horribly wrong. This story will be updated every week, if that is what people want.
