Mary looked around as she walked and looked at the shelves that have been knocked down. "I feel bad for everyone when they had to deal with this the first few days." Mary said as she looked through supplies. Mary started to put supplies into the wagon and then looked at a nearby backpack. "Oh great. I hope this is huge on the inside." Mary said before she looked inside the bag. "Holy shit! Medicine and more snacks and drinks." Mary said as she picked up the bag and placed it on the wagon. "Now to find a hopefully empty bag." Mary said before she looked around.
Sam fell asleep on the couch as he waited for Mary. "Got to get back soon." Mary said before she grabbed more food and then walked to the entrance. "Hold on, Sam. I'm coming." Mary said as she walked to the building. She knew that she would feel horrible if she didn't get back soon but she knew that Sam could protect himself. Mary walked into the lobby and went upstairs pulling up her wagon and walked in. "Sam can you come here? I wanna show you something." Mary said before Sam went to her. "Watcha find?" Sam asked before he looked at Mary surprised to see Mary dump medicine onto the couch. 13
Sam grabbed the pill bottled and started to wave them around. "This is amazing. How did you manage to find these?" Sam asked as he heard the pills rumbling around. Mary looked at Sam without knowing what to say. "I found the bag and it was abandoned." Mary said as Sam examined the rest of what she got. "Amazing. More for us." Sam said as he smiled at her.
Mary sighed in relief as Sam took the new supplies and medicine and put them away. "Are you ok, Mary?" Sam asked as she sat on the couch. "Yeah, I good. Just happy to see you again." Mary said as she layed back before relaxing. "I'll never leave you. Don't forget that." Sam said before he went and sat next to her. Mary smiled at Sam before leaning her head onto the couch. "So how was your trip?" Sam asked before Mary looked at him. "It made me remember the first few days of all this craziness." Mary said before Sam nodded. "Yeah? How did that go?" Sam asked scared that Mary might yell at him.
"Better then I have expected, actually." Mary said before Sam smiled at him. "Well, that's good." Sam said before they looked at the wall. Mary sighed as she layed back while Sam looked at her. "What's wrong?" Sam asked before Mary looked down feeling bad. "I wanted to find a TV but I couldn't." Mary said before Sam shook his head smiling. "You don't have to find a TV, if you don't want to." Sam said before Mary looked up at him. "But I do want a tv. I don't want us to be bored." Mary said while she rubbed her face.
Sam sighed as he rubbed Mary's back. Mary looked up at him as he smiled at her. "So what do we do now?" Mary asked as she sat up. Sam shrugged as he stood up and then walked away. "Party pooper." Mary said quietly before Sam started to laugh. "I heard that." Sam said while he walked into the living room holding a cup of water. "You like being with this party pooper." Sam said as he sat next to Mary. "Yeah. I can't deny it." Mary said before Sam play fully nudged her. She chuckled as she rubbed her arm and then sighed as she layed back. "Come on. Don't be sad." Sam said before Mary sarcastically laughedat him. "You are so funny. You know that?" Mary asked as she sat up. "If the world wasn't destroyed, then I would be a clown." Sam said before Mary shook her head. Mary sighed as Sam chuckled and then he got up and watched the sun go down. "Oh. I'll be going out tomorrow. I will be alone. Don't worry I will be back." Sam said as he turned to Mary. "Ok. That's fine." Mary said before Sam smiled and went to his room. Sam sat on his bed and then looked at the curtain and then layed down.
Mary looked outside and then got up. "If I'm quick, then maybe I will get a TV and what I need and then get back quickly." Mary said to herself as she got ready. After Sam fell asleep, Mary grabbed her wagon and then quietly left the apartment and ran down the stairs. "Come on. Come on." Mary said to herself as she would occasionally make some noise. Mary sneaked out of the lobby and went to houses that were around the building. "Oh thank God. Finally." Mary said when she seen some flat screen TVs and then went inside the house. Mary grabbed and looked behind the TV and sighed as she seen wires. "This may take a while." Mary quietly said before she looked around and grabbed some tools. She started to take the TV off of its stand and out of the wall carefully. "Phew. That wasn't easy but nothing is easy anyway." Mary said as she lifted up the TV and carefully placed it onto her wagon. She walked around and took any gaming console that she could find. "Good thing I have this." Mary said as she grabbed her backpack and then puts all the video games in the backpack. "Time to go." Mary said as she looked at a clock and it said midnight. Mary quickly walked down the hallway after grabbing a couple alarm clocks and then almost flew down the stairs. After Mary grabbed her wagon, she raced out of the house and started running towards the building.
Mary made her way up the stairs and then walked into the apartment. "Phew, Sam isn't awake yet. That's perfect." Mary whispered before she started to set up the TV quietly. "He will love this." Mary said quietly as she finished the TV and stood back. Mary felt proud of herself and then turn and walked to her bedroom. "Time for me to relax." Mary whispered to herself as she layed on the sleeping bag Sam gave her.
Sam woke up the next morning and then got out of bed and started to stretch. "Good morning world." Sam said before he walked to the living room and then looked around. "She did it." Sam said smiling as he looked at the TV and gaming consoles. Sam smiled before he went and got ready to go on his own adventure.
"Now, I shall get some things. I won't tell if someone." Sam said quietly as he looked at Mary's room. Sam grabbed his bag and then walked to the front door and then left the apartment. "Now today is my adventure." Sam said as he turned his hand into a fist before raising his fist. Sam walked out and then started carefully snuck around. "Oh here we go." Sam said quietly as he seen a shopping cart. He walked to the cart and then placed his bag in the baby seat. "This may make this easier." Sam said before he walked around the store. Sam smiled as he grabbed various tools to add to the building. "Oh yeah. It's about to come together." Sam said as he placed rope in the cart. Sam had a big smile on his face as he walked outside with the cart.
He felt proud of himself as he knew that he was getting ready for many big projects. "I need to talk to Mary because I have an idea." Sam said as he looked at sheets of metal. He didn't know how Mary would react but he knew that he would be nothing if he didn't have Mary. "I should turn one of these smaller buildings into my science building." Sam said before turning the cart around and carefully walked back to the building. Mary looked down at the ground to see if Sam was close and then raised her hand. A small like mirror appeared in front of Mary with menu and statistics about the world. "Damn it. The zombie number is going up I need to find a way to stop this." Mary said to herself as Sam silently walked in the apartment. Mary blushed as she seen Sam before putting her window away. Sam stayed quiet as he didn't know what to do say. "What was that?" Sam asked as he pulled his cart into a room. "Oh, um. Nothing, don't worry about it." Mary said before Sam shook his head. "No. Tell me please." Sam said before Mary sighed and raised her hand and watched as the window opened. "I may be a ghost but I am part of a important role in a very important team" Mary explained as Sam watched surprised and impressed. "I notify my team mates if anything has changed but I want to notify one things are getting better." Mary said before she shook her head.
Sam watched as a frown appeared on her face as she looked outside. "And things are not getting better." Mary said before Sam smiled at her. He knew that he could try to make sure that Mary did a great job. But Mary knew that if she finished her job then she would have to break Sam's heart. "Hey, I have an idea." Sam said before Mary turned around. "I'm sorry Sam but I must do my task alone." Mary said before she left the room. Sam
