Popularity is hard to get and/or keep. Some people are born popular, others are made popular. Ms Queen Popular seems to have everything: boys, style, looks, money, spy smarts. But she may also be labeled a Mean Queen. Unfortch, many mean people are popular. But not all populars are mean. Sometimes you find that one girl that really sticks out. She's nice, volunteers, beautiful, and somewhat secretive. Her status is known as Cute Sweetheart. You can be nice and popular at the same time. Here are a few rules to Popularity Crown: if you must, sign yourself up for clubs. NEVER lie to get popular. You'll be found out and labeled as a social climber. Popularity is sweet stuff. People love being popular.

Miss Popularity, by Jordan Pruitt. She sings about a modern popular girl. And Popular by The Veronicas, which we've all heard of. It seems unlikely, but Selena Gomez's Who Says also involves popularity. Listen to some Ke$ha and Rihanna. Watch The Clique and Mean Girls and Mean Girls 2. Also, look up ‘How To Be a Cool Middle School Girl’. It’s sarcasm, but it’s funny and leads to bigger stuff.
