Tailors shop

“Chirp” the misty morning was beautiful but cold. Mirsha got up from her bed and stretched “mornings” she sighed. It was three days till she was twenty, three days till she married Onlam; a twenty-three year old elf, she was an elf also. She didn’t want to marry Onlam; she loved him but she didn’t know if she wanted to spend her whole life with him, she wasn’t going to then her father declared them a ‘perfect match’. “Oh well” was all she could say to comfort herself; even though it wasn’t very comforting it was nice to have something to say. She walked over to her mahogany closet, “I need a whole new wardrobe if I am going to keep training for sword fighting”; all she saw was her armor, dresses and more dresses. She ran outside and looked around “whew, no one will see me in my night clothes”. She ran forward then turned left, towards the tailors hut, “zo nize to zee thou outzide and healthy” said the tailor;
He had appeared one day on the older tailor’s front porch in a golden basket. He turned out to be an elf, but no one knew why he had an accent must have been some spell to keep him like his kin. He proved a good tailor and took the job when Moranzam, the tailor, died. “Can I have you make me a tight black training tunic, leather trousers, and leather boots with steel toes?” “Oh, zee maiden trying to stay in fashon eh?”

Of course” I exclaimed; glad for the excuse. He went over to the cloth table and picked up a section of black cloth. “Do you need to measure me?” I asked. “Me, of course when do you want it ready?” He asked “When is the soonest you can get it to me?” I asked hopefully “ zee shirt will take an hour, zee shoes two hours, and the trousers; thirty minutes.” Yes I thought Just in time for training! “ Do you want to measure me now?” I asked hopefully. “Yes I will Meaz-“ He stopped short as the door burst open ‘BANG’ it made a loud noise as it hit the wall “YOUR HIGHNESS, THE QUEEN NEEDS YOU NOW!” said Valor, a small servant of ours. “WHY” I yell, but he is already out the door, running towards the great tree. “Thank you Lomair, measure me later” “Bye” he called. What is it? I am terrified.
