The Fire

I am Alexis, I am 11 years old and am living in a small down in Minneapolis. I go to Green Maple school which is where I have been going my whole life. My mom always told me not go get out of bed at night and I have always listened to here, but I have never understood why but that night everything was revieled.

As the dark wooden door slowly creeped open, a large man slowly stuck his big bulcky head into my room. Fear flowed over me like a ocean of waves burgaler I thought. A huge grin crawled up the mans face and the next thing I knew there was a flaming red object sitting on the ground right next to my bed FIRE I thought as the warm substance creaped around my plain room. Smoke swirled around me like a blizzard in the Arctic It burned my eyes, steam rose off of me like boiling water, Tears pouring out of my dark brown eyes, Flames exploded from the ground, crawling up the sides of the damp bedroom walls, shadows danced around on the floor, heat struck every part of my body like poisonous bees burning my skin, flames cralled around my bedroom floor, smoke stung my eyes like needles slowly be pressed into my pupils , Smoke and Exhaust swirled into my lungs it was like breathing through sand, thick red blood poured out of my mouth, salty sweat drenced my forehead, my eyes dark red filled with bloodshot, Flames crackled, ashes filled the floor, sreams exploded through my head like echo's acrossed a mountain ,Scienrens wailed outside my flame invested building.

"HELP!!!!" I managed to screem out as everything went BLACK and SILENT.

The Hospital

Darkness is all I could see for a while the evil black

The News

As My eyes fluttered open I saw the doctor hovering over me his breathe had a sent of Pepermint, "I have some news for you." He told me

"Your parnets... are in a better place now." It took me a while to proccess this i finally relized what he ment,

"There...Da da da Dead." I finally managed to say ,

"Yes." teh replied in a small squeeky voice.

"No!" I managed to say out before a wave of tears pured out of my dark brown eyes. I screamed trying to get my skinning body out of the bed the ropes that tied me down kept geting tighter and tighter as I strugled

"NO!" I screamed again this time struggling more as my legs stlipped out of the tight leather ropes tied against my arms and legs as I got up my vision began to blur and dizzines struck my head and a plopped back down on my hospital bed moaning in pain as my eyes felt like being pushed back into my head. "What?" I managed to push out

"My... My... My.... Parents are Dead?" Dead what a ugly ruthless word no point of it just a plain evil word. "Yes." My doctor said In a sad deep voice "They are no longer on mother earth." Once again tears flouded my ears and one by jumped out of my eyes dribbling down my check and on to my one piece hospital jacket.

A New Life

The doctor must've some how slipped out as I was crying in my hospital bed everything around me looked so plain and dry all the get well soon cards, balloons, presents and decorations didn't seem so beautiful anymore. I can't believe my life now its going to be a brand new life I told myself trying to keep myself positive.  Everyday from school I would come home to the orphanage and do my homework and be a regular kid but deep down I knew I wasn't in the same situation then other kids. So I decided to make a change I sat in my Bed for hours planning my escape my plan so far was to sneak out at 12:03 when are care keeper goes to bed get my Pj's on and Run away far far away from my old life running away from all my problems trying to escape planet earth trying to Leave.

Afraid of the Dark?

"BBBBBEEEPPPP." My alarm started going off. I slammed my hand on the top of the clock to shut off the beeping and got out of bed slowly creeping over to my dresser, while slowly opening up the top shelf taking out all my clothes putting them in my suitcase and slowly crept down the stairs. One slow step at a time.

"CCCRRREEEEEEEKKKK" went he stairs as I slowly stepped on the 4th to last step. Slowly walking in my new sneaker that I finally bought saving up my allounce for the last couple of weeks. One slow step at a time.

"Hello??" Said my orphange ceeper.

SHIT I said and started walking faster and faster and footsteps got closer and closer k
