The mind is a powerful thing. It gives us the ability to think, live, and love. The heart is most often used as an icon of love, but it’s really all in your brain. You can’t know you love someone until you think it. How you think about things always affects how you feel about them. It’s never the other way around. That’s why being optimistic is so difficult. You choose to be happy and look at the bright side, but it takes conscious effort. It’s always hard to remember to think positively… but the effort should definitely be made.
