1. Judgment
Bradley drank too much--not smart for a Harvard student.
Driving home he spotted a figure dart past, then he ran over something.
"I killed a man," Bradley thought. Afraid, he continued driving, hating himself.
Knowing he was a criminal he ran--abandoning the shreds of his life. Bitterness filled his heart and spilled into his soul.
Years passed, Bradley spent them as an unmarried clerk.
One day, tired of hiding, he confessed to the townβs sheriff who checked his story.
βYouβre not guilty,β the sheriff said. βYou didn't kill anything.β
But Bradley had killed something: his future.
2 Sibling Rivalry
Kathy Vail hated Belindaβ¦she would show herβ¦

βI hate, Belinda, Mommy!β
"Get dressed. Weβre going to see Dr. Gravely."
. . .
"Sheβs worse?" Gravely asked Mrs. Vail.
"Yes, Kathy dumped ice on "Belinda."
"Multiple personality disorder can worsenβ¦"
A nurse brought Kathy into the office.
"Hello, Kathy," Gravely smiled.
"My name's not Kathy!" She pouted.
"Sorry, I meant Belinda."
She stared at the psychiatrist. "Belinda? My name's Melissa!"

"Bless you child," he smiled.
Smiling back, she pushed herself up from the grass mat she lay upon and threw her nakedness into his outstretched arms.
"Tell me of my salvation, Father," she breathed into his ear.
As he held her, he felt the heat of her body increase.
"I am with your child," Luelita whispered, pressing her tight belly against him.
At that moment, Father Earnesto knew he was truly damned...
