Endlessly Adorned by Amaratsu (whitelam books .txt) π
Knowing if will be cut off
Endlessly polished
Knowing they will be cut off

In their fall
The hair flutters to the ground
A lifeless husk

Dark red spots led their own trail to the victim, making a big contrast to the stark white marble floor. The victim lay on the ground, a peaceful smile on his face. His long raven-black hair framed his pale face and lay around, like a dark halo.
His figure, sprawled on to the ground as if it were a mere doll, was cut. Long slits up and down the arms and stomach. Blood still ran free from the self-mutilated gashes. His left hand, clad in a white and dark red glove, held the weapon. A steel butcher knife, gleaming in the dim candle light.
His demons inside yelled for his heart. He let them have it. They yelled for his happiness. He felt they already stolen it. They yearned for his attention. He gave it undivided. They screamed for the life source of the body. He let them take it all.
He let them.
βHave it,β he said. βHave it and be gone.β Did he know that the very thing he gave was his life?
No one knew of the torture he was in. The mental pressure. The chaos that went on inside. No one knew.
Adorned in silk-like reds as he lay upon the polished floor, the people who came in knew nothing of what had happened.
Their scream rang out through the night.
