Author's Note: I tend to talk a lot, so here's the 5 basics.

1.) I barely edit my stories, tend to have bad grammar, and I still have to Google search how to spell words. So if you see a misspelling or I typed a wrong word - let me know kindly in the comments. I don't mind.

2.) Please don't copy my this story. This my orignial story; which I'm really proud of creating a story that isn't my typical cliche teen love story.

3.) Don't advertise your story in the comments section. If you REALLY want me to read your story, you can post it on my page - but not in Cinder Eden's comment section.

4.) I love to hear what people comment about this story. Ha ha comments like #Team whatever guy name, I dunno, amuses me. If you do criticize this story, I don't mind, as long as you're not rude and harsh.

5.) I don't want to sound voting hungry, but believe it or not - voting and commenting "Update" does tend to push me into writing more. But please don't over do with the "UPDATE" comments, unless it's been like a month from a last update - then keep with the UPDATE comments. I tend to be lazy.

Thank you,

C. Joyce

Frequent (Maybe) Questions:

1. Is this a copy of Cinder-Ellie?

- I first posted Cinder-Ellie on my Bookrix account then Wattpad (my old wattpad). But I didn't like its story line so I stopped writting it on my old wattpad. That and I lost the password to my old accout. Opps.

2. Is there anything different about the old story and this new one?

- The main character's first name changed, it used to be Ellie but now it's Eden. That and I'm creating a new plot for the story.

3. Are there the same characters?

- Pretty much. Nothing's really change besides the main character's name and the plot.

Blaise's Prologue

Prologue: 8 YEARS AGO

Blaise

I slowed down, my lungs were gasping for air. "Ha ha, you can't catch me!" My slightly older brother, Dash, yelled at me.

"Yes I can, and I will!"

"Nooppe. You're a slowpoke, at admit it lil bro, I'm faster and and cooler than you."

"You wish," I glared at Dash and pointed at the celing. "hey, what's that?"

He looked up at where my finger was pointing, "Huh?" That was my que to sprint right past him. "HEY! You cheat!" Dash quickly found out my trick and ran towards me. "Come back here!" He tried to get a hold of my jacket collar but instead he accidently pushed my back. I went flying for a quick second before my body fell on a hard wooden table. At that same second we heard a loud shatter.

Dash and I didn't move, his eyes widen with fear. I felt something pinching my hand, I looked down and there was red pint blood dripping down my hand. "I-I think I got a cut from that vase, I'm bleeding Dash."

Dash didn't even move an inch to check my hand when I stood up. "Bl-Blaise...it's not just another vase. It's dad's one and only favorite vase."

My eyes were starting to water from the pain. "So?" I asked him with annoyance. "I'm bleeding, don't you care?" I don't know why I questioned him, he had an obivious answer. Dash cared more about our dad's opinions about him than my health.

"You idiot little hooligans, do you know how much this vintage vase cost?" I just stood still, while Dash's legs shook with fear. My head was glued to the marble floors and on it was shattered white pieces of the vase.

Dash was the older and more reponsible than I was, so I let him handle it. "I-I, well, we-we dad..." His green eyes were turning to a slight grey, which meant he was going to something he was going to regret soon. There was a long pause before Dash found his confidence, "-Dad, it's Blaise's fault."

This time it was my turn to widen my eyes. "What?! No, he pushed me by accident and I fell on the table and that's why the vase broke! And he-"

I fell backwards on my butt when a force smack me across the cheek. "Are you fucking kidding me Blaise?! You're trying to put all the blame on your other brother?! You should be more like Dash and be more responible." Dad patted Dash on the head before he walked away back to his library.

"Blaise, I didn't mean to-" Dash tried to apologize to me but I didn't feel like hearing it.

I shoved him away from me. "Don't bother, daddy's little suck up." I walked back to my room and trying to hold back my tears from the throbbing pain from my cut.

Even the one person I thought was my friend and cared about me was traitor.

Eden's Prologue

Prologue: 8 YEARS AGO

Eden

"Eden, come here. I need to tell you something." My dad commanded me softly, I did as told and went to his side. He quickly lifted me up and placed me on his lap. "Eden, honey, what would you do if dad went away for a while?"

"What do you mean daddy? Are you going on a vacation?" I questioned him with confusion in my eyes.

"Yeah, sweetie. I am. I'm going to see mommy soon."

"REALLY?!" I started to smile as big as I could. "Tell mommy I said hi and that I miss her. And and that when she comes back from Heaven, I'll give her a big hugg!!" In a quick second tears fell from my dad's eyes. "What's wrong...?"

He wipped of his tears with his the sleeve of his expensive jacket. "Nothing, Eden...I'm just happy to have you as my daughter. You remind me so much of your mother. Here, I want you to have something." He pulled something out of his jacket's pocket. It was a box, which my dad opened to reveal a precious looking heart locket necklance. "I want you to have your mother's locket. She told me to give it to you when she passe- I - I mean, when she goes on a vacation to Heaven."

In a minute my mother's locket was around my neck. I couldn't keep my eyes off of it, it was way too beautiful. I kept playing with it and opened it by accident. My eyes widen, "is that a you and mommy's wedding picture?"

"Yeah," he gave me a soft smile. "Eden, promise me you'll protect and take care of your little sister Ellie. You two are the only ones I have left."

"I'll try. She keeps annoying me with her crying." I glanced across the room to Ellie, who was sound asleep in her crib. "But I promise I'll protect her, even though she's kinda of annoying, I still love her."

All of a sudden my dad lifted me off of him and carried me into bed. "Eden, remember all those things I told you before."

I started to list off all the things my dad told me before, "Money isn't everything. You don't need a Prince Charming to make you happy. Stay true to you and only you."

"And...?"

"Take care of Ellie and if a guy says he'll take me to his castle, I'll kick him in the pee-wee and run." I said with glee and smiling.

"That's my girl." He gave me a kiss on the forehead and began to walk to the door. "Be good with your step mother and your step sisters. Even though they're not by blood, they're still family. Eden, even though me and mommy aren't besides you and Ellie. We'll still be there for you and we love you no matter what."

"Okay, I love you and mommy too."

"I'm sorry for being weak..." Was the last words I ever heard my dad say before he left for his vacation.
