Chapter 1
"Dad, can Andrew come with us, I want grandma to meet him." I asked looking up at the sky.
"He has to ask his parents, if they say it's ok he can. I really don't care if he comes or not." Dad said.
I just graduated and to celebrate we're going to grandma's house this summer. I went over to Andrew's house to ask him if he wanted to come.
"Hi, Yvett, what's up?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to come with us to my grandma's house?"
"I have to check with my parents, where does she live?"
"She lives in Florida, you can take your car that way Cathy can ride with us, she's going to visit her family. You remember she's from Florida."
"Yeah, sure we'll have to see. I'll talk to you later, I got to go talk to my cousin Christian."
"Oh, well see you later. Don't forget to ask."
"I won't, see you later baby," and then he gave me a big juicy kiss.
After he left I went to tell dad. "Dad, he said he'd ask."
"Ok, did you tell him he has until tomorrow."
"Oh, I forgot, I'll tell him when I see him, he's suppose to be taking me to see his cousin."
"Don't be out late, Susan's son is going to be coming over."
"Oh, ok, did Cathy call?"
"Yes, she said to tell you she can't ride with you because they're not going until next month."
"Wow, thanks dad, got to go."
I called Andrew and asked, "Are you ready for me to meet your cousin?"
"Yes, we were just about to come over, meet me outside."
"Ok, I can't be out there for long because Susan's son is coming over."
"Alright and they said as long as I'm back by July."
"Talk to you outside, bye."
"Bye."
When I got outside his cousin and him were already there.
"Hi," I said giving them both a hug.
"Hi," said Andrew's cousin.
"Yvett this is Christian, Christian this is Yvett."
"Nice to meet you, Yvett."
"Nice to meet you so are you going to be coming with us?"
"Kind of, Andrew wants me to come because he doesn't want to be the only boy."
"Well nice meeting you but I got to go. See you guys in the morning, be ready."
I got in the house right on time. Susan's son just arrived and there was someone with him.
"Devan, you made it, oh you've grown so big since the last time I seen you."
"Mom, I was this big the last time you saw me."
"Oh, well this is Jacob and his lovely daughter, Yvett."
"Hi, nice to finally meet you," said dad.
"Hi, Jacob."
"Hi, Devan," I said. I couldn't think of anything else because I just met the dude and it's kind of like when I first met Andrew because Devan was also cute.
"Hi, Yvett," then he gave me a big hug. I was the only person he hugged. "Everyone I have someone I want you guys to meet. Mom, Jacob, and Yvett, this is my girlfriend, Lucy."
"Oh my gosh, she is so pretty," Susan said.
"Mom, you're going too far, don't freak her out or she won't go with us."
"Ok, lets go eat."
Chapter 2
It's time to get on the road and Devan says, "Yvett, I want you to ride with us because I really want you and Lucy to be good friends."
"I can't, I'm riding with Andrew. Why don't you two ride with us, you guys were on the road all day yesterday."
"Ok, I guess, Lucy you want to do that?"
"Sure, I don't care as long as I'm not squashed."
'There's lots of room," I say. "Come on I want you two to meet Andrew."
We got outside and went over to Andrew's house and literally had to drag him out because he didn't want to get up.
"Yo, you can't just come in my house and drag me out," he angrily said.
"Well we did, oh, I see what you mean. Go get dressed then come out."
He mumbled something and then went inside.
"He seems nice," joked Devan.
"He gets grumpy in the morning which means Christian going to drive."
"Christian is a cool dude, I went to school with him in the ninth grade. That's when I met Lucy and we've been together ever since."
I left them to talk and went to see how dad and Susan were doing. "Hey you guys, it turns out there's only going to be two cars now."
"Cool, that's less gas money," dad said joyfully.
"You two are going to be all alone."
"That gives us more time to ourselves," replied Susan.
I heard someone call my name and I knew that voice anywhere.
"Got to go, talk to you later," I waved then ran to see why he was calling my name. "What you want Andrew." I paused to stare at him because he looked sexier than before.
"To give you this," and then he gave me a kiss.
"Thank you, do I have any other gifts?"
"Yup, I'm going to give you a big hug," Devan said.
He gave me a hug, Lucy gave me a hug, and Christian gave me a peck on the cheek.
"Devan give Lucy a gift, please.," I asked because I haven't seen them kiss since they been here.
"Sure, come here Lucy," then he gave her a big juicy kiss."
"Ok, now lets go or we're going to lose the adults," I said because they had already left.
Chapter 3
Since we've been on the road for like five hours, I decided to bring the snacks out. The snack bag contained: fruit, sodas, water, chips, donuts, carrots, and most of all my favorite licorice.
"Wow, you packed a lot for only five of us," exclaimed Lucy.
"Uh, well I was hoping it would last through the whole trip," I paused to think of what to say next, "anyway I don't care what you guys do with it because I'm going to sleep after I eat."
So everyone ate and Andrew and Devan switched places so that even could drive. Everyone ended up falling asleep except them two.
"So, Andrew how long have you been going out with Yvett?"
"Around six years."
"That's a long time, how did you two meet?"
"Her dad told me that she was lonely on Fridays so I decided to come over and we just connected. Enough about me, how did you and Lucy meet?"
"In the ninth grade, I was in the hallway and I saw this fine girl. After that we ended up in the same class so we started going out."
"How long you guys been going out?"
"Four years, I'm planning on proposing to her this month. Everything is already planned, just don't tell her."
"Ok, that's cool."
I woke up and heard them talking so I said, "What you two up talking about?"
"Yvett don't do that, you scared me," Andrew said turning to face me.
"Sorry, can you stop the car Devan, I need to stretch."
He stopped the car and I asked, "Where are we at?"
"Georgia."
"How long have I been sleep?"
A couple hours," Andrew said. "Come on let's go for a walk, I need to talk to you."
"Ok, see you in a few minutes. Devan, will you wake the rest of them?"
"Yeah, sure."
I had to run to catch up to Andrew because he already started walking.
"What is it you want to talk to me about?" I asked wanting to know.
"You know your birthday is in three days so I wanted to know what you want to do?"
"Well, I'm hoping no one dies because almost each year since I've been here people are dying and I'm always the first to witness it."
"Ok, I'll try to make that happen," He paused then grabbed my arm because he was about to pass out.
"Come on lets get you to the car."
When we were getting closer we seen Devan and Lucy making out with Lucy's shirt halfway off. I left them to be alone and we finally made it to a bench and that's when Andrew passed out. I ran to get a bottle of water but he didn't get up.
"Christian, something's wrong with Andrew," I yelled starting to cry. "Andrew wake up baby."
"What's wrong , what happened to Andrew?"
He grabbed him and took him to the car, put him in the front seat and told me it would be a couple of hours before he woke up.
Chapter 4
We finally made it to grandma's. I was in a room with Andrew, Devan and Lucy had a room, Dad and Susan, and Christian decided to sleep on the couch.
"I think it was a bad idea to put Andrew and Yvett in the same bed," dad told grandma.
"Why?" She asked.
"Because Andrew has slept with other girls."
I walked in the room because I couldn't take anymore, "Grandma, guess what?" I interrupted.
"What?"
"I'll be starting college next year."
"That's wonderful," she said right before she started coughing.
Dad stopped the coughing and than said, "Were you listening to our conversation?"
"I got to go, love you guys," then I ran out before he could say anymore.
When I got to the room Andrew was sound asleep. I took the miniskirt I had on off, then got in the bed. I must have waked him because he said something to me.
"What?" I said not hearing what he said.
"I said you look good."
'Thanks, I'm glad you're alive. I though you were dead, I don't know what I would do without you."
"That's nice, can I have a kiss?"
"What do I get if I do give you a kiss," I asked.
"Me or do you want something else?"
"I'm fine with you, I'm not going that far yet," I thought to myself about what dad said then gave Andrew a huge kiss.
"Let's go to sleep."
We cuddled up and I fell asleep in his arms. I was having the worst dream ever. I was in someone's house and grandma wan standing in the hall getting stabbed up. I really wanted to help but I was tied up in tons of rope. I was scared because the person stabbing my grandma was Andrew.
Chapter 5
"Aahh!"
Andrew jumped because he wasn't expecting to hear a scream, "What is it?"
"You...Killed...Her," I said.
"I killed who baby. I've been here the whole time."
"Why...would...you do...something...like that to me," I said shaking way to much.
"What is it, what did I do?"
Right then and there I passed out. When I woke up I was in the hospital. Dad, grand,a, Susan, and Devan were in there.
"Where's Andrew?" I questioned.
"He's not family so he can't some in until after nine," Devan said sounding happy.
"What time is it now?"
"It is nine thirty," Susan said.
"Ok so why isn't Andrew in here."
"We weren't paying attention to the time ," dad said.
They all left out the room and Andrew came in looking mad, "Andrew. what's wrong?"
"I just came to tell you I'm going home."
"What! Why?" I said as my eyes started burning. I knew the tears were coming.
"Your family is blaming me for you passing out."
"What!"
"Yup, their saying if I put one finger on you again, their going to call the cops."
"Well at least take me with you."
"Their going to kill me if I try."
"Well I'm turning eighteen tomorrow so they can't tell me what to
