Mrs. Andre Can She Be Good? The Incredible Nontrue Story
Once on a bright sunny day, a girl or the new lunch manager walked in the school, Wowatosa Mifflin Elementary, with a black cloak on. When she walked in the school, all became silent. The sky became midnight black with clouds and frost covered the earth. The lunch ladyβs name is Mrs. Andre. She walked downstairs to the cafeteria where there were no windows and everything was black until Mrs. Andre walked in. After she walks in windows appear and the walls turn sky blue.
Mrs. Andre is the kind of person you would think turns the sky black with clouds because she is never cheery. One thing not to surprise you sheβs a super villain. Yesterday she used the power to make someone learn manners in less than a minute on a boy who was running in the cafeteria. He was sick today. I hope he didnβt get sick because of Mrs. Andreβs power. Once someone dropped their tray and they had to clean it up alone.
For lunch today Mrs. Andre made spaghetti and eyeballs. Her dog, Mocha, was there and ate everyoneβs eyeballs (not the eyeballs in our heads). Mrs. Andre laughed at the sight when most people looked at the dog as if they were going to faint. The next day everyone thought we were going to have meatloaf for lunch but instead, armloaf. Mrs. Andre ate it in delight and so did Mocha. Mrs. Andre had paper plates in the oven and started a fire, so everyone was evacuated from the school. Someone has to put Mrs. Andreβs powers to good use.
At recess everyone in 5th grade teamed up to make a plan to put Mrs. Andreβs powers to good use. Everyone knows her weakness, kids under 12 years of age getting hurt or bleeding. Thatβs just what the 5th graders are going to pretend to do. They will βtripβ, βtwist their ankleβ, and βget their knees scrapedβ. Two people will do those things a day until Mrs. Andre puts her powers to good use. It should start on Monday and end on Friday. Saturday comes then goes, Sunday too, then comes Monday, now weβre in present time.
Monday Mrs. Andre was sick. Tuesday, she went home early. Wednesday, her daughter was sick. Same Wednesday with Thursday. Friday finally came and everyone in 5th βhurtβ and with 10 people in the class, the last person in the class got a βnose bleedβ and her weakness won, her powers were put to good use.
