like a mad

woman. “I’m making a formal press release. Any wedding

date?”

“No. Not yet.” Fabian ran his hand down Braxton’s tie.

“We’re going to live together first.”

“I love it!” Brianna gestured to the cardboard tray for

Braxton, with his coffee and yogurt in it.

Braxton released Fabian and picked the coffee up to sip.

“Yeah. Hell froze over. It must have.”

“Back to work.” Fabian threw a kiss at Braxton and returned

to his office, feeling as if his feet weren’t touching the ground.

He dropped in his chair and daydreamed, trying to get back into

focus.

After Fabian walked off Brianna entered Braxton’s office and

whispered, “You sure?”

“I must be. I just turned down a straight, twenty-something

jock handed to me on a sterling platter.” Braxton picked up his

yogurt, starving from the workout.

“I am stunned. Seriously.”

“Why? You were pushing us together since he was hired.”

“Yeah, but…” She shook her head. “You’re the consummate

bachelor.”

“Not anymore. I’m off the market, thank fuck. Get back to

work, Ms Cambridge.”

“Yes, sir, Mr Todd!” She laughed.

Braxton sat down to finish the yogurt. While he did he read a

few emails and then put his name into the search engine to see

the article Brianna had found online.

While he enjoyed the breakfast, he read, ‘ The man everyone

wanted but no one could get out for a second date, proposed to

his business partner at the red carpet premiere of the latest

LGBT independent film festival. So all you boys and girls out

there who had sights on being the future Mrs Todd? You missed

the boat. He’s getting hitched! ’

Braxton chuckled and typed an instant message to Fabian.

‘ Love you.’

‘ Love you too.’

Braxton finished the yogurt, tossed the cup and got back to

work, a big grin on his face.

BOYS-

BOYS WHO LOVE BOYS WHO LOVE GIRLS

Twenty-five year old Jag Huntington loved straight men. He

couldn’t help it. Something about their macho-allure intrigued

him. But Jag had never even managed to have a straight man as a

friend.

His best friend Tyson Hopper, and Tyson’s boyfriend

Howard Steinman invite Jag out for a night with the gay-boys

and Howard’s sister, Virginia.

When Virginia brings her straight boyfriend, Carson Phelps,

Jag’s attraction to the thirty year old stud was instant. But there was not mutual attraction, not even curiosity.

It wasn’t until Virginia insinuated that Jag and Carson should

be friends, ‘close’ friends, that Jag began to wonder if he had a

chance.

Carson liked hanging with gay men. They were fun. His

straight buddies didn’t get into dancing, music, or anything he

really wanted to do. The idea of having a great gay friend

appealed to Carson. Self-assured, Carson didn’t flinch at the racy

conversation nor sexual overtones of his gay companions’

conversation. He liked it.

There was something which intrigued both men into crossing

the line of friendship into a physical relationship, but for Jag, it was devoid of any emotional attachment, which he craved from

Carson.

Would Jag and Carson’s friendship ever evolve into anything

more than a couple of friends; one gay and one straight?

Or was there really something extra special about a boy who

loves boys, who loves girls?

BAND OF BROTHERS

Two young men in their early twenties, Austin Shelby and

Henry ‘Woody’ Woodcliff, had somehow lost their way. Living

in Albuquerque, petty thieves, neither man had family or hope of

becoming anything more than inmates in the county jail.

Orlando Ancho had other plans. Working in his family

restaurant, going to med-school, Orlando meets the two young

men one night when they come to the restaurant for a meal.

Immediately Orlando suspects they are living on the street, and

may dine
