Ezra
He had left the door opened for winter to surprise me
it was quite the gift I'd never ask for; the most unpleasant sound.
Like autumn leaves being crushed in my hands
leaving without transitional I love you's.
No hesitation was ever spotted
on your lips smeared red with desire
skin would transpire anything that reminded you of me;
you've made me dissipate.
I was oblivious to the crowd, you have missed to mention
how often your kisses could sour,
how often you'd make a detour
to stop, be filled and leave, as a mandatory request for fame.
It was simple physics,
you'd be the hero & I'd be your queen
but I could never fathom your unwise intentions
because I wasn't what you had dreamed.
Eyes could have seen your beauty radiate
with dimpled grins and bedroom eyes
under a dim-lighted room with no armor
just two souls willing to fight and loose.
Skin peeled off as soon as I learned to see
right through the cloaking mask you'd wear for me.
He wasn't real, this is real!
Just a song I'll never learn to sing...
Alexandre
Deemed as the champion of the rule
the one who reeks of insolent power;
sank in an overwhelming sea of skin.
Devious enough to say
how the treacherous events have persuaded,
an acoustic song that equivalently misses the highest note
whenever my lips graze upon yours.
As if cerulean blues had never been seen
above the highest mountains yet to climb.
For so long I've longed for you to arrive
but only somber kisses and empty shells washed ashore.
Ashen eyes that pamper your gilded tresses
a Naiad brushing off the golden crisp
that radiates from your silhouette at dusk;
leaving the dead, breathless to say.
Victorious alibi, fomented by the laws
of all the inflicted beauty succumbing underneath
every stone and every stitch
you've ever sewed onto me.
Sink your teeth and quench your thirst
on the shards of every broken sphere
that still waits ashore for you to take her home.
Garrett
Like the end of a cigarette
he burns like the fire of a thousand suns
edging off debris, turning into smoke
he fades away when I breathe him in.
It's a book of empty pages when he turns around
a broken mirror with no reflection; a melody without a sound.
He slips from my fingers like sand in the water;
I wish to conquer but he conquers all.
He addresses me courteously
but insults me with his sudden goodbyes.
His eyes, so dark and mysterious
have seized and captured mine.
I bury the memories under his skin
shedding off so quickly, it's normally missed.
I know he'd still be waiting over the horizon,
but maybe I'm only dreaming he's still waiting for me.
Orestes
The calamity bestowed at my feet
presents me no other road but the one less traveled.
That empty and lonely road that seems to swallow
any gleeful cry expressed through the woods.
And I'd give up anything just to be led by you,
be held tightly, pressed against your chest
and know that I am far from lonely,
that I am safe and sound in this empty road.
But I am betrayed by rising shadows
that strike in low to bring me down.
I am baffled with sentiment and pampered in disgust
with my own reflection staring back at me.
I trudge through these muddy waters
hoping that I will meet you on the other side;
but all my effort turns to dust and I have lost my will to fight.
You seem so far away from me, I can't feel your touch.
Michael
Souvenirs clinging to his wrists;
I can witness summer in times of winter
with just one quick stare, one quick smile
hanging on the eaves of our lips.
Unpleasant residue stays
when the cloth has washed the stain;
and I grip to the thought of a you and I
in daydreams and broken roads.
It is as if I could listen to you heart
pounding harder when your eyes catch me;
I can feel the tingling feeling
slithering on your grin.
Yet I wish I was courageous
to approach if so, to speak
and tell you that I look at you
the same way you look back at me.
Corey
He was a whisper in the air,
a silent scream overheard by these ears;
he was beauty at dawn
and darkness at dusk.
His lips lingered on mine
like a stamp pressed against paper.
His eyes, filled with wonder and sorrow,
a beautiful martyr, was he.
Spanish cries in closed events,
he was the strongest stone
and the weakest friend
to have ever loved me in return.
Poison poured from his eyes,
he had learned to soothe his best;
to prevent ruptures from the inside
he burned himself to numb the pain.
Windowsills and broken spheres;
he's the dreamer and the wanderer
that every beauty searches in every beast
but fails to captivate properly.
Johnny
The sun of my eyes
burning down my heaven,
always bringing beauty in the mornings
and leaving oceans in the night.
Spraying ocean water to my skin
relentlessly calling me divine.
Aftermath in afterglow,
he lacks of love.
Shadows dancing in the avenue
pretending to be you,
I was your damsel in distress
and you, my brave knight.
We parked our dreams in the open highway
and let pass all those hurried emotions
that crashed into the walls we built
to slowly tear apart.
Butterfly kisses and hands held up high
we surrendered to the morning sun
that lit up your soul and took my heart
while you stood outside hugging the cold.
You never knew how much a cup of coffee sold
the bitterness away from your lips
every time you'd come and beg me for a kiss
when they were everything you always owned.
Caleb
Shedding off the memories of you
that still bleed out
what I cave in;
but to you it was always simple.
An ephemeral look with an explicit touch
and it was settled.
You'd never be accountable for your actions,
but your burden would be all I could bear.
It would be easy to incriminate my effort
than to drown me in your reckless love.
To you, I would assimilate what I needed to overcome;
And it was priceless,
you would layer me in resin chords
and experimental ecstasy
just to presence the stupor on my face.
It was anticipated,
you would draw the thin line
between needing and wanting
and I'd be off, just like the good old days.
So I could presume your interest
with dandelions requiems
and solace knocking on my door,
just to keep you one inch closer than before.
Sam
Spoke too soon to watch you die,
plastered in between sadness and misery
never leading anywhere yet never looking back;
you kept me in until I blew you out.
It's the understatement of the unclassified event
when you chose to walk the lonely road,
following the trail that led you back home
to that solitary confinement you called by my name.
And if you bother asking why I keep pretending to care
share the joy and emotion that makes me blind,
to see you share that bejeweled smile
glistening back at the sun, knowing you'll never be back on time.
Because I know you're always busy,
hunting down those demons you sold long ago.
Trying to keep your bargain with the keeper
and holding onto things you have to let go.
I guess I never showed you all the things I never said
and I wish I could turn back and tell you how I felt
keep the promises I never made
just to make sure you'd be okay-
but I failed to hold you close and you slipped away
without me knowing you'd be leaving me.
I wish I could've gone back and shown I gave a damn
then at least you'd still be here with me, Sam.
Dean
Unfamiliar resemblance,
he lures in the dark corners of my room at midnight,
I can feel him breathing down my neck
and I pray he moves an inch closer.
A hard shell but a soft core
I can see his shadow shifting
an enthralling presence, a burning fire
that awaits in the dark corners of this room.
Dim light shoots for his face
and a blissful grace falls upon me
like rain pouring on a hot day
the serenity to the storm.
Passionate presence becomes the heat of the moment
and the skin calls for this event;
carry on, son, carry on
because this is what you were born to do.
The unfamiliar resemblance
that lures in the corners of my room
you look at me with those eyes, the eyes of a tiger
and you steal my breath away,so I shatter.
This darkness that lures the corners of this room
has laid beside me, breathing on my neck;
Heaven sent, you must be blessed.
You must be, the angel meant to rescue me.
Angels rest on your shoulders
watching over their precious one;
why you are the most precious I've ever seen;
laying here with me, watching me sleep.
Lips brushing mine, hands intertwined;
if only night was eternal, I could cherish you forever
and the sun would never rise, it wouldn't burn you away,
you'd be mine forever and you would stay.

& as much as I hate to quiver at your sight, I do; because it's you who lights the darkness when demons are out to catch me.
