Kelsey's (POV)
"Hey, Kelsey!!!!" I turned and saw a short, petite, blonde haired girl bouncing across the parking lot towards me. Lacey.
I began walking across the school lot to meet her halfway . "Hey, what are you still doing here, I thought you went home to finish unpacking like you planned," she said once I reached her.
"Cheerleading try-outs ran alot longer than I thought they would. Anyway, why are you still here?"
"You know soccer try-outs were today too right?" I nod my head. "Well,it ran late also, and if that wasn't enough,my car wouldn't start,so now I'm stuck waiting on one of my brothers. Life is just so cruel to me some times." She let out an over exaggerated sigh. We both burst out laughing.
Lacey, Jack, Jason(her twin older brothers, by two years),and I have been friends since before I can even remember. Jack was the sweet, sexy, cheery, football type, while Jason was more of the mysterious, unpredictable(in a sexy way), and experienced night-clubber type. They both have blue eyes, although Jason's are intense and piercing, like they can see through your soul, while Jack's are light and care-free,just like him. I had left to live with my dad, or Tony as he preferred that over the name dad, in Britian a little over three years ago. I had made sure I kept in touch with Lacey over the years, but I hadnt really kept up with the guys other than the occasional happy holiday calls and birthday calls,so I'm gonna spend alot of time with them, well as much as I can with them being in thier first yars of college and me being a Junior in highschool, now that I'm back.
"So how have your parents been,"I ask after we have calmed down.
"My dad just left for a bussiness trip to Mexico about a week ago-"her dad was the C.E.O some type of serious architecture bussiness. "-and my mom has been buggin' me since she found out you were back,"she said shakin' her head.
"Why she been buggin' you," I ask even though I'm pretty sure I know the answer to that question.
Lacey rolls her eyes, "She wants you to come see her and spend the night."
I laugh, I love Mrs. Tina, she's always been like a second mom to me or a close aunt.
