Dear Diary:
I remember the day "J" and I met, it was a sweet day I would never forget.
It was a day that would live in my memory for the rest of my life. I asked
myself how could someone like him fall in love with someone like but he
did. Now that he is no longer with me I have to write the stories that would
lived in my heart and mind. Is a never ending love. I will always remember
him as long I live for he is without doubt the man of my life. When "J" and I
met I had just moved to Memphis, my heart had been broken and I wanted
a new life but I had never thought that I was going to meet John Presley, a
trucker who lived in this city, when we met I felt for him but he did for me too
and that to me it was a surprise for nobody had really loved me.
The first day he saw me I was in a friend's house they were celebrating John's
birthday, he was turning 35 and he looked really handsome with his black turle
neck sweater and beige pants, he took my breath away, his friend Charlie who
was the one responsible for celebrating his birthday in his house was the one
who introduced us, aparently after his divorce he was going from one girl to another
and didn't have plans for settling down but I guess he never thought about meeting
his perfect match, me. the moment our eyes met I knew that it was going to be a
strong love and I was worried for I had come to Memphis because someone had
broken my heart real bad and I scape Florida, I couldn't take one more minute under
the Florida sky, I wanted new horizons, I never thought that a sexy trucker would still
my breath away.
I want to write in this diary all of the moments that John and I lived together, the birth
of our son Johnny Jr, the good times but also the times when we quarrel, the making
up and of course memories that would never be erased from my mind but mostly from
my heart for John A. Presley was and will always be the love of my life.
DearDiary:
Lynn was a friend I made when I got to Memphis, we were really close. I had lost a sister a long
time ago so she served a little bit as one. We were really the best of friends, she knew that my
love for John was real and he was deeply in love with me. I remember one day when I was just
going out with John I was at Lynn's house and we were having lunch.
"You know he is crazy about you", she said firmly.
"Yes, I know Lynn"
"Then, don't let it slip away"
"I am so scare Lynn, I feel so lost", She took my hand sweetly.
"Look Annie, John had never been happy since his divorce, he ran around from girl to girl but you had
changed that"
"Is that so?", I was still in doubt.
"Just look at his eyes and you would know he loves you like crazy"
"Lynn, he kissed me the other day", she smiled and I knew how happy she was for the both of us.
"Good, is about time you two decide to make something happen"
That day with Lynn I felt sure that I had to let John come closer to me. He was a nice man, very
attractive and had a strong charisma but I knew that if I wanted him in my life I had to let go of all
the fears in my life.
As long as I can remember my life had been cruel, I had lost my family and the only person I had
left was a father that didn't care for me, I had made the right choice moving to Memphis, I had a gift
waiting for me there, John Presley, this sexy trucker with a heart of gold. I was in for a good surprise,
for once in my life someone really loved me and in his arms I felt safed. He gave me a love that
no one had ever given me. As I remember our times together I feel my heart beating with joy for his
love would never die, of that I am sure, he is just here with me, I feel him around. He is my angel,
my lover and my friend.
Dear Diary:
Our first date was a bit different for me. I had never been in a motorcycle before so I was frighten but
I got to hold to John and that I loved. He invited me to dinner at his house, he had a really nice house
that he had shared with his parents. The house was big and it had a sweet atmosphere all around it,
the moment I got there for the first time I knew that house was my home, call it intuition but I felt that
way. John had a lady who did the cooking for him, her name Mimi, she was an african american lady
in her fifties, sweet and very nice, we got along from day one and she was very fond of me but I liked
her too. After the nice meal we went to his living room, he had a piano for he loved music, he sang
in a gospel group at church and he had a very strong sweet voice, we sat side by side and he played
a few songs for me.
"I am not very good playing the piano", he said to me but I didn't care, to me being thre with him was
more than enough.
"You play very good John", I complemented him, it sounded good to my ears. After a little music we went out for a spin on his motorcycle, the evening was soft and warm, that day he kissed me for the very
first time.
I miss him very much. He was a great man. He had his faults but we all do. At the beginning of our
relationship I was scare, I felt insecure for me it was something new. I remember that first letter he
wrote me.
Little lady:
How could a man be so lucky. You gave me a second chance at love.
I had never loved any one like you. When I divorced Pam I felt like the
world was coming to an end, I was so hurt. You came along to make
me the happiest guy on the planet. Don't be scare, I would never hurt
you, I swear, you are too precious to me little lady. I am the happiest
man when we are together. I know that you complete me and that is
the truth. I am a trucker who likes gospel music, singing with the
chorus at church, that might be just a simple life but I love to be able to
share this life with you, please don't stop loving me, you are all I need
to be happy.
Yours;
John
As I read this lines I know that we both got our second chance at love
and now I am ready to tell the world
