“Although I personally know this poet, an incredible accomplishment has been made with the publishing of the first 5 volumes. Lawrence’s' work displays humor and passion with the real and surreal appeal. It is refreshing to read a collection with a perspective on Urban Life! If Lawrence is not well known for his writings he will be. In closing, I hope it doesn’t take another decade for the next set of volumes to be produced, it will be much anticipated.” –Anonymous Reader
A short poem about fate. This is my first upload and I hope people like it! Please comment and let me know how I did! Goodness, 140 characters is too much for this little poem (but I made it!)

Taking the subway is an adventure. The stops are predictable and mapped but the people who might come and go are not. The riders help form the pulse of what makes the city move. They are all cells riding through the veins of an elaborate system.
