The unnerving effect a storm can have on a person, that ominous feeling they can get... I'm sorry if there are any typos or anything, I was in a huge rush to write this because I'm not going to be able to get to a computer anytime soon.
This is my first small collection of poems that I've written. More will probably come. They're usually a reflection on a recent event of mine, and I write them the moment I'm inspired. Some are better than others, but they are all created from my personal feelings.
The Journey of Lucy Johnson is about an orphan that has to go live with an adopted father. I really can't say much more... It's really short!
Taylor Evans is seventeen years old, a straight A student, and desperate. She is abused by her father, and wants nothing more than to graduate from high school and convince her mother to leave him for good. But when she gets a job at the farm down the street with handsome Wyatt, she begins to see happiness for the first time. Could this really be her prince charming? Or is he someone elseβs? There is more to this story, but I'd like to get some comments before I post the next chapter...
