backward as a throwing knife pierced the ground, where he laid a moment ago, before throwing the knife and nicking the cloaked man’s ear. The man raised his hand to his ear and felt the blood dripping out of his wound. He smirked while inspecting the blood on his hands.

“A dragon breathes water and spits out fire, huh? I see why the reward was so large---at a hundred gold coins.” He muttered before brandishing a dagger. “It seems like a hero will, soon, emerge.”

“Unfortunately, the hero won’t be able to slay the dragon.” Issac taunted him while holding onto a lack of weapons. The nearest weapon at his disposal was the shotgun, but it was closer to the cloaked man. Fortunately, Violet and Cerriyla emerged from the cabin with a weapon in their hands. Cerriyla threw a katana at Issac before raising a magical pistol and firing off a couple of shots. The shots didn’t connect, instead, hitting the electrical fence behind the man. The man dashed towards Cerriyla and, quickly, disarmed her. Violet came to her aid and fired off a couple of bullets that, completely, missed but managed to make the assassin retreat a few steps. Issac charged towards the assassin while brandishing the katana. He got closed to the assassin and slashed his torso to pieces before landing a fatal blow with a slash directly across his face, piercing through skin, bone, and brain matter. The assassin’s headless body collapsed and landed on the ground with a large “thud” sound. This caused chaos outside of the fence as the remaining assassins fled from the scene, granting them time to relax. Issac used a small portion of the valuable time to recover before venturing into the cabin towards Veronica. “How’s his condition?”

“Stable, he won’t be dying any time soon. As for the guys outside… that’s a different story.” Veronica informed him.

“Is he still unconscious?”

“He might be in a coma or unconscious for a short while, but time will, surely, tell.” She said. Issac nodded before looking out of the cabin at the blood-soaked scenery. He, then, noticed the dagger logo on one of the assassin’s cloaks.

“The Dagger Guild,” he muttered under his breath. “They’re here to kill us.”

Episode Six "Cafe Sierra"

Issac returned to Hotel Bravo without the others following after him. Violet and Cerriyla remained behind to help aid Veronica and Enzo, who remained unconscious. Meanwhile, Issac went out in search of clues of the Dagger Guild’s location.

Issac stared at the ruins of Hotel Bravo. After the explosion destroyed many of the support beams, the Dagger Guild’s assassins returned to burn the remainder of the building, causing the collapse of two floors. The first floor was overstuffed with debris and loot, ripe for the taking by several street rats and merchants. Issac glared at anybody who came near the ruins. He, then, searched through the debris until he found his cloak, which was torn in the middle with scattered holes in it. Alongside his torn cloak was his damaged katana, the words “Burning flames rise the air” and “Jessica” inscribed onto it. He stashed the katana in a sheath on his back along with the katana that Cerriyla handed him. He also noticed that someone took the duffle bag he carried with him. “Poor bastard,” he muttered. He walked to the front of the ruins, discovering a note with a dagger attached to it on a wooden post. “The Dagger Guild lays claim to the destruction of Hotel Bravo. For Dragon: Head to Cafe Sierra in Azteca City for your attempt at revenge.” Issac read out loud, frightening passersby. He then looked up at the heavens, pointing a katana at it, before muttering to himself: “I’ll see you there… Roman.”

Veronica monitored Enzo as the day descended into nighttime. By her side were Violet and Cerriyla, contemplating the event that unfolded within the grounds of the cabin. “Is this murder?” Violet asked Veronica.

Veronica raised her eyebrows before letting out a chuckle. “What’s your relationship with Issac? You two don’t, clearly, aren’t friends.”

“He saved us from being kidnapped. We also tried to hire him.” Violet told him.

“Hire Issac? What ridiculous amount did he ask?” Veronica asked.

“10 platinum coins.”

“Woah, 10 platinum coins? Who are you? Royals?”

“I’m-”

“Miss!” Cerriyla exclaimed. “I’m sorry, but we cannot tell you our identities.”

Veronica nodded. “That’s okay.” She said while looking away from them. “To answer your question from earlier, no it’s not murder. It’s self-defense.” Violet nodded her head while staring at Enzo’s body as he slowly recovered.

“What is your relationship with Dragon?”

“Dragon? What a funny name. I’m an old friend of Issac’s. Whenever he was badly injured during a hit, he would come running to me for healing. Time and time again, he would run to me with his boo-boos.” She said, mocking him. “I am surprised that through all of this, he survives. Maybe it’s the memory of her that keeps him running.”

“Her?” Violet asked while intertwining her fingers.

“I’m sorry, but I cannot say anymore.” She said while smiling at them.

Issac neared the meeting place and detected the presence of two strong assassins sitting within the crowd of people inside. Issac decided to walk inside, scanning for the assassins. His hand gripped a throwing knife that was attached to his belt. His weapons were exposed to the sunlight.

Meanwhile, the stronger assassins detected Issac’s presence and motioned for a weaker assassin to greet him. The cloaked assassin walked closer to Issac, but, before reaching him, motioned to him to look towards the stronger assassins. Issac nodded and walked towards them. “Sit down,” remarked one of the stronger assassins. Issac didn’t respond, instead, sitting down without talking. “Well… ” He started with a glare and grin on full display. “... let us start the discussion.”

Episode Seven "Bounty"

“What do you want?” Issac asked them.

“You,” responded one of the assassins---a man with a dark brown scruffy beard and matching colored hair. He was dressed in a cloak. A long and thin scar over his right eyebrow. He spun a dagger in his right hand.

“Roman… you sent the assassins to kill us?”

“Ha!” Roman shouted. “Why would I do something like that? I merely sent a proposal to the head of the Dagger Guild and gave them some information.”

Issac gripped a hidden dagger tightly. “You sold us out?”

“For the highest price, baby,” Roman said, laughing and mocking Issac. Roman’s friend picked his head up to stare at Issac, who noticed the stare. The second assassin wore a cloak that nearly covered his entire body, except for his face. A large scar went directly across his face, etching a sin into his skin. He had bright blue eyes and dark skin.

“I want you to kill somebody.” The second assassin remarked.

Issac brought the dagger out and plunged it into the table with a large ‘thud’ sound. Issac caught the attention of everybody in the cafe. They all held weapons hidden in their everyday clothes. I’m surrounded, he thought.

“You’re the infamous Dragon. The one who slaughtered the gods and brought calamity to the humans. Every normal person is scared of you. However, assassins don’t fear you anymore. They’ve almost forgotten your feats.” Roman remarked, motioning towards every person inside the cafe. “Everybody here is an assassin from the Dagger Guild. If you dare to strike at me, then expect them to pounce on you.”

“You want to end my life here? Do you think you’re stronger than me?”

“You think I can defeat the Dragon on my own?” He asked before catching himself in a laughing fit. “I can’t kill you, but can you kill all of us?”

“Will you kill our target?” The second assassin asked, interjecting himself into the conversation again. Issac crossed his arms while looking at every assassin surrounding him. They all hovered their hands over their weapons.

“Do I have a choice?” He asked them. The man shook his hand. Issac pondered over his question for a few seconds, but he came to a quick decision. “I refuse,”

Every assassin in the room shot up, brandishing their weapons, and masking their faces. They pointed their weapons at Issac. Somehow, Issac never flinched at their sudden movements. Roman and his buddy watched Issac’s face for discomfort. However, Issac remained posed as sharp weapons were being pointed at him. “I would say that you should reconsider your answer. Of course, you don’t have to, but then I can’t say that your friend wouldn’t be hurt by any of these assassins.” Roman threatened him using Enzo, something that Issac was going to sit by, but, unfortunately, he was outnumbered.

“I’ll accept it on three conditions. First, you can’t lay a finger on Enzo or the others. Secondly, after I finish this mission, you must leave us alone. Thirdly, you’ll need to tell me who’s the new head of the guild so I can kill him.”

“New head of the guild?” Roman asked. “How are you sure it isn’t me?”

“If you were the head, then I would’ve grabbed your head and slammed it on the table. I would then use my dagger and pierce your big head and crack your skull in half. Oh, and you’re a big coward.” Issac told him, painting a vibrant picture in every assassin’s mind.

“I agree with one of those things.” The second assassin remarked. “Oh, I’m Weasel, by the way.” He said, extending his hand. Issac didn’t shake his hand, instead, directing his attention to Roman.

“Who’s the target.”

“A noble family in Zavo. Weasel, here, will guide you. It’s your job to bring back every one of their heads. Children won’t be spared.”  Roman told him, his usual lighthearted tone turning sinister.

“They’ll be dead by midnight!” Issac declared, standing up from the table. Every assassin in the room calmed down, sitting down in their chairs and continuing their conversations as if nothing had happened. Issac then departed the cafe with Roman watching him from the table. Weasel followed Issac, leading him to a
