Issac returned to Veronica’s cabin with blood-soaked clothes. He entered her cabin and crumbled to his knees, exhausted. Veronica glanced at Issac and scoffed before picking him up. “You can’t pass out on my floors. Do that outside.” She told him as she heaved Issac onto a wooden counter. “What a hassle. I have to babysit two full-grown adults like ignorant kids. Reminds me of my youth.” Veronica said with a grin. “My favorite part was when they woke up during the experiment. Oh, the cries they had.”
“What a twisted child,” Issac muttered.
“You’re awake? Well, this makes it funnier.” Veronica said as she grabbed a hacksaw. Issac forcefully picked himself up and jumped off the counter. “Aww, I wanted to experiment on you, see how your body reacts to crucial organs missing.”
“This is why our relationship never worked,” Issac muttered as he looked at her. With a twisted smile, she shrugged her shoulder and pretended that everything was normal. She was not normal, almost deranged. Issac ignored that side of her since she was valuable for an assassin who couldn’t go to a clinic for every wound they had. Veronica was thankful for that. She had two regular guinea pigs for her experiments.
Issac ignored pleasantries and got to the real discussion. “The Dagger Guild has declared war against me. They wanted me to kill some old friends, but I refused. Instead, I killed them all.”
“Roman’s going to find you. I’m guessing that you don’t intend on staying here.”
“No, I don’t want my kidney to disappear through the night like last time.”
“Oh, the good memories.” She said.
“Good memories for you,” Issac muttered as he walked up to Enzo’s unconscious body. “How is he?”
“Stable as always. However, I’m not sure when he’ll wake up. Only time can tell.” Veronica said as she brushed her hand over Enzo’s chest. “He’s a fine specimen. Thanks to you, I got a free kidney. If he doesn’t wake up then can-” Issac slapped her. Her “jokes” were okay if they were directed at him, but he wouldn’t allow her to talk about Enzo. Enzo and Issac weren’t related by blood, but they considered each other as such. Blood brothers.
“I’m sorry, I went too far. The Dagger Guild already declared war on me, but we’ll be safe here. I already cashed in some favors.” She muttered, descending into a quiet tone.
“Favors? I might cash a few in as well.” Issac muttered as he walked outside of the cabin. He turned around and looked at the cabin---a revolting makeshift wooden house that scarred off anybody with a color chart.
He activated a skill---Infinite Barrier---and cast it on the barrier and surrounding area. Nobody could get in without Issac allowing it. Veronica noticed the change and nodded at Issac as he walked away.
“I regret believing that it was the best choice to leave you. The art of assassinating and that world is embedded in you. I can’t take it away no matter how hard I try.” Veronica muttered as she watched Issac walk away from her.
Issac arrived at Cafe Sierra and entered the place. Waiting for him at the usual table was Roman. He waved Issac over. “Hey Issac, how about you sit down.”
“Do I have a choice?”
Roman smirked. “Some things never change. Sit down,” Issac sat down at the table, scanning his surroundings for possible exits and the number of assassins in the room. “So, we got a lot to talk about.”
“What ya’ want?”
“Well, I wanted you to kill that noble family, but… that didn’t happen.”
“Plans changed,”
“Oh?” Roman jerked his head back and pressed his hand to his chest. He put on an exaggerated shocked face like he wasn’t expecting that response from Issac. “Well, our plans have changed as well. Issac… your head has a price now. A price of a hundred platinum coins. Do you know how long that will last? I could go a lifetime living it lavishly.”
Issac remained silent, watching every assassin in the room. Roman continued ranting about money, stopping himself as a man nodded at him. “However, the only thing I need to do is gain your trust and lead you to a secluded area. Then the real action will happen.” He said, motioning to the guy in a cloak sitting next to him. It wasn’t Weasle who sat by him. Instead, the man turned out to be Ryder Bercott---the leader of the Royal Guards. He grumbled to himself before speaking to Issac.
“I want Violet and Cerriyla. If you give them to me, then I’ll rip up the price tag. You’ll be a free man.”
“If I don’t?”
Assassins and soldiers jumped out and surrounded him. “You want to find out?” Ryder asked. Issac grinned before brandishing his katana, slicing the people near him into halves. He stood up and threw a throwing knife at Ryder, but Roman blocked it. Issac threw knives and shurikens at everybody in the cafe and managed to cut down half of the forces in one fell swoop. The survivors charged and pounded on Issac. Issac slashed and hacked at the assassins, but he was overwhelmed quickly. Ryder smirked as he ordered Issac to be tied up and thrown into a carriage---transported to the capital for his punishment of holding traitors of the kingdom. The soldiers and Dagger assassins cheered at Issac’s defeat before going their separate paths. The Dagger assassins blended into society while the soldiers did the opposite.
News of his defeat would sweep across the world. The infamous and dangerous dragon had been slain.

Episode Eleven "The Dragon Will Be Freed"News of Issac’s capture spread like wildfire. Every corner of the kingdom learned of the nightmare’s downfall. Every commoner and noble cheered as the infamous assassin’s imprisonment. They celebrated and praised Ryder Bercott---the one receiving the full credit of capturing Issac, or known by his code name of Dragon. Nobody knew who lured Dragon to Ryder---being Roman and the Dagger Guild--or how he captured him but they didn’t care.
Moreover, they were ecstatic about the assassin being captured, chanting at the top of their lungs. “Execute him! Execute him! Execute him!” The corrupted nobles that were being weeded out by Issac and Overseer cheered to hear that their lifespans were being extended. Without the assassin in their way, their illegal dealings would continue with no worry of being caught.
Commoners cheered and toasted to the idea that the vicious and deadly assassin was caught and would be killed. Moreover, they believed that the kingdom would begin to improve once the highest-ranking assassin was defeated. This wouldn’t be true. The imprisonment led the king to begin a new phase of Azteca---heavy taxation and imprisonment of any who were “helping” the enemy. He quickly got to work passing a new law that would grant him full control of the kingdom and begin imprisoning any who cross him.
The commoners didn’t have a clue about the evil deeds occurring in the shadows, masked by the friendly smiles that nobles gave them. The king and many---not all---of the nobles were plotting to take advantage of the good news and begin taking control of the commoners--stealing their money and family with one single wave of a hand.
All this chaos was created by one assassin being caught Within the chaos, the bad fortune of the kingdom lingered over it, prompting the fall of the kingdom. For now, chaos continued for a week.
Violet and Cerryila traveled around Alpha in search of magic tools and learned of the tragic news via rowdy adventurers that stumbled out of taverns. The streets were filled with cries of joy and smiles of delight. The citizens of Alphca treated the assassins as trash, stomping on the remains of Hotel Bravo, cursing the place. Violet and Cerryila watched as people pissed on and trashed the ruins, marking it as an ugly location that deserved to be erased from the town. However, many of the homeless and nobles went against the bad accusations thrown at Issac and Enzo. One of the nobles---Jakob Frey---declared the assassins holy, arguing that they were responsible for exposing many corrupt nobles. This public argument led to his family being kicked out of Alphca. Another noble who trusted Issac and didn’t treat him like trash was Grant Blake. After escaping from the Dagger Guild’s ambush, his family moved to one of his friend’s---Toby Riker---mansion. There he heard the news of Issac’s capture. “You must save him!” His wife, Whitney Blake, implored him.
“I want to… but I’m afraid that my connections won’t work. Everybody except for Toby agrees with Issac’s imprisonment. If I try to use my connections to help Issac, then we’ll be marked as traitors and hung for our treachery. The only thing we could do is pray for his survival.”
“Is that all?” Whitney asked, tears bubbling in the corner of her eyes.
“I’m afraid so,” He brought his wife close to his chest. “I’m sorry, but I need to protect our family. God bless his heart.”
Enzo woke up suddenly, staring at the wooden ceiling. “Where am I?” He croaked, sitting up. Veronica spat out water before rushing to his side.
“Are you okay? It’s me, Veronica.”
“Veronica? Then that means I must be on death’s door.”
“Unfortunately, yes.”
Enzo looked around the cabin. “Where’s Issac?”
Veronica looked down at the floor. Violet and Cerryila had sprinted to the carriage and informed her of Issac’s situation. She began weeping, drinking until her liver was smashed in.
“He’s been captured by the Royal Guards. His execution date hasn’t been finalized.”
“Captured? What did I miss?” Enzo asked her. With a long sigh, Veronica fed him the details about the events he had missed, prompting him to jump off the table and rush to the door.
“Where are you going?” She asked him.
“To save Issac!” He declared. He opened the door and ran into Violet and Cerrilya.
“You are-” Enzo interrupted her, dashing by her. “Wait, let us join you.” She said as she handed Enzo a bag of coins.
“5 coins?”
“Give or take,” Cerriyla said.
“Keep it,” He threw the bag back to them. “This mission is personal. I don’t need money to topple the kingdom.” Violet and Cerriyla looked at each other, nodding their heads. They followed Enzo to the capital. While on their way, Enzo cashed in favors from a multitude of assassins, including many of Issac’s disciples. Every favor had been cashed in, forcing many assassins to make their way towards the capital, sparking panic for the king and the other nobles. Assassins guilds--Edge and Hollow--allowed tens of their assassins to assist Enzo on his personal mission and rescue the highest-ranking assassin in the land.
The Dragon will be freed.
