I feel a feather light touch on the side of my face and I awaken opening my dark eyes to the environment I had chosen to sleep in. It was a corner in an alley behind a bar. The person standing in front of me was a teenage boy, seventeen or so. he had a skateboard in one hand and a backpack slung across one broad shoulder. He peered down at me a curious look on his face. "God, your alive. I was sure you were dead! I was standing here and you would not wake up. I tapped you and you didn't wake up, so I started hissing you as hard as I could... With that brick over there." He explains with exuberance, pointing to a tattered brick in the corner of the Alley. I glare at him skeptically, "You find a sleeping girl in the alley who won't wake up, and your plan of action is hitting her in the face until she wakes up? Hardly practical, what if I had been dead, murdered, and you became prime suspect number one because you destroyed the left half of my face?" He laughs. "That's just it, the brick didn't do anything. Mind explaining that one to me?"
