Characters & Descriptions

Cleg - The Bigfoot Leader of the Hairy Tribe of the Forest. He is 9-foot-tall with black & brown long fur. He is husband of Ja'al and dad to Bitty. He is full of compassion and the ability to love deeply. Most think him to be loyal. He is a skilled hunter.

Ja’al - Cleg’s wife and mother to Bitty. She is 8-foot-tall with red & black long fur. She also has exceptional critical thinking skills. Her skills also include the art of negotiation and the ability to work not only with the tribe, but the Pukwudgie and the humans. She feels it is her responsibility to teach others to be open to new ideas.

Bitty - Cleg and Ja’al’s daughter. She is 4-foot-tall with light brown long fur. Bitty has inherited Ja'al's critical thinking skills and Cleg's ability to love deeply. Curiosity and discovery is an asset for her when dealing with humans that she has bonded with. She desperately wants to be a leader like her mom and works hard at making her dad proud.

Zonga - Leader of the shape-shifting Pukwudgie Tribe. He is 3-foot-tall, tan and black with porcupine quills. As a leader, he is an excellent listener with the foresight to take advice. Most know him as fearless and a risk taker. He is married to KiKi.

Elle - A Meadow Sprite. She is 5-foot-tall, light blue, with white hair and green eyes. She is not seen often as most sprites are hidden among the flowers in the meadow. While not shape-shifters, meadow sprites are excellent at camouflage. She is know for her kindness and brave heart.

Freda - A Great Blue Heron. She is 6-foot-tall with grey, white, and blue feathers. She loves mothering others. Others note that she thinks ahead by thinking things all the way through; and while she is a critical thinker, she is also a planner. She has a deep love for Bitty and Bev.

Tiny - A Baby Turtle. He is 4 inches tall and black with an etched heart on his back that his friend Bitty put there. Most say he is an accomplished prankster.

Bev - A Human. She is 5-foot-tall, white with red hair and blue eyes. Highly intelligent and loves to take on projects. Most know that she will jump in and help without a second thought. She loves Bitty as if she were her child. She has a deep love for the tribe. Marsha is her best friend and Morgan is her go-to person to help solve problems or at least tell her she is on the right track.

Princess Celia - An Olympian Titan. She is 5-foot 6-inches tall, light brown, with brown/blonde hair and brown eyes. Daughter of Zeus, she is kind and brave. She has the special skill of light voice translation. She is a skilled negotiator. Most think she is over 3000 years old. If you ever need a friend to talk to you, she is your gal.

KiKi - Zonga’s wife. She is 3-foot-tall, tan and black with porcupine quills. Most go to her for all their problems. She has keen listening skills. While she is married to a leader, she is more of a follower. Very skilled at building and food storage.

Hybrid Hornet Queen - A mixture of human and hornet, she is 5-foot-tall with a human top and a black hornet bottom—an abomination. Evil would be one description. There is not one ounce of kindness in her human half. She allows emotions of anger and hate take over every aspect of her being. She was made by Morgan King.

Morgan King - A Human Scientist. He is 6-foot 4-inches tall, white, with white hair and blue eyes. While highly intelligent, he is known for being a comic. He also secretly loves Bev but believes he is too big of a nerd for Bev to ever notice him. He has a special love for predicting the weather. His respect runs deep for Cleg. He grew up in the Cuyahoga Valley and plans to remain there.

Philip Garman - A Human and Marsha’s dad. He is 6-foot 1-inch tall with dark hair, brown eyes, and wearing silver glasses. The community loves this man. He is known for his kindness to children. He helps children and adults alike to volunteer and become part of the community helping others. He also is a critical thinker. Most know he has a love of science. Especially the TV show, Star Trek.

Myles Masterson - A Human. He is 5-foot 9-inches tall, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. He is the descendant of Bat Masterson. Myles loves living in the wilderness and is more of a loner, unlike his great, great Grandfather. He is a helper and a listener. Most know he reasons things out
