over Jackโ€™s regular uniformโ€ฆ jeans and some form of superhero t-shirt, this one being Doctor Strangeโ€ฆ and shook her head.

โ€œDude, do you own anything with, I donโ€™t know, style?โ€ she asked him.

                โ€œI do have a style.โ€ Jack insisted. โ€œItโ€™s just not a very good one.โ€

We came upon the campsite, and it looked serene in the sun-dappled afternoon. Nestled in the pine trees, dome tents were arranged in a rough semi-circle, with a ten by twenty-foot pavilion sitting just behind them. An area for a campfire was in the middle, with folding chairs sitting around it.

โ€œThis looks awesome!โ€ I said, smiling. I felt better already.

โ€œJust wait until you see the inside.โ€ Jack said, smiling.

He unzipped one of the bigger dome tents and flipped the door aside. I looked in, and saw nothing out of the ordinaryโ€ฆ a couple of sleeping bags, a few pieces of clothes tossed about, and so on.

โ€œWhatโ€™s so great about this?โ€ I asked, confused.

                โ€œStep inside.โ€ Jack answered.

I did, and everything changed. I found myself in a long wooden building, torches lighting the room, with a long wooden table and chairs in the center. Sitting around the table were Katsu, Trevor, Evelyn, and the Twilight Fae sisters.

โ€œWelcome!โ€ Trevor boomed, raising a beer in greeting.

                โ€œHey guys!โ€ Evelyn chimed in.

I looked around in wonder. โ€œHowโ€ฆ what?โ€ was all I could say.

                โ€œItโ€™s justโ€ฆ โ€œ Drucilla said.

                โ€œ... a littleโ€ฆ โ€œ Darla continued.

                โ€œ... Fae magick.โ€ Cordelia finished.

I looked at the Fae sisters, in their actual appearances due to being inside, surprised. โ€œOkay...โ€

โ€œYeah, just wait...โ€ Drucilla said next.

โ€œ... until you seeโ€ฆ โ€œ Cordelia continued this time.

โ€œโ€ฆ you and Vincentโ€™s room.โ€ Darla finished with a grin.

I rolled my eyes and moved on. โ€œSo, Hatsu decided against coming?โ€

โ€œMy sister dislikes crowds.โ€ Katsu replied. โ€œSheโ€™s visiting old allies in Japan to try and find out whatโ€™s going on.โ€

โ€œAnd where is my boyfriend?โ€ I asked, still taking everything in.

โ€œHe and Angelique have already started networking, looking for the Oracle.โ€ Katsu replied.

โ€œWell, I am going to network my ass into some festival clothes!โ€ Raina said with a grin.

                โ€œGood Idea.โ€ I said.

โ€œWell then, allow me to show you to your tents.โ€ Jack said, and we followed him out of the hall.

                                                                                                *                *                *

A little while later I found myself walking down the main road through the festival with Raina and Tiffany. While Tiffany and I were wearing colorful mini-dresses, Raina really went all outโ€ฆ an African print sarong, a tiny bikini top, and a large floppy hat to protect her from the late afternoon sun. A large wicker handbag swung lazily on one arm, and sunglasses finished out the combo, making her look more like a vacationing movie star than a Witch on a mission. Her clothes showed every curve, and she turned more than a few heads as we walked.

โ€œHmm., oh yes.โ€ she said under her breath as she met the eyes of a statuesque brunette, filling her water bottle at a spicket. โ€œI think Iโ€™m gonna like it here.โ€

โ€œYouโ€™re sharing a tent with three horny Fae sisters, and youโ€™re still looking?โ€ I said with a grin. โ€œShouldnโ€™t you pace yourself?โ€

โ€œHoney, this festival is going to be over in less than a week.โ€ she replied. โ€œShe who waits is also going to be she who loses out on some truly soul-shaking orgasms.โ€

โ€œI was looking through the festival program earlier.โ€ Tiffany said. โ€œTomorrow, when everything starts, thereโ€™s going to be an LGBTQ meet and greet. Maybe we should go.โ€

โ€œAs long as itโ€™s in the shade.โ€ Raina replied. โ€œIt is going to be hot this week, and Iโ€™m not just talking about the sex.โ€

โ€œThis is nothing.โ€ Tiffany said. โ€œI went to Burning Man a few years ago. That fucker was in the middle of the desert!โ€

โ€œWas it fun?โ€ I had heard about Burning Man.

Tiffany shrugged. โ€œI was there on business. Uncle Jex wanted me to meet someone who had an old grimoire to sell.โ€

โ€œWell, mixing business with pleasure is what we do best!โ€ Raina replied, and we shared the laugh.

We wandered over to the cafe and got drinks. We sat down at a plastic table surrounded by folding chairs, multiple other groups of people seated along the row. Everyone looked to be in good spirits.

                โ€œThe energy hereโ€ฆ โ€œ I said, sipping my caramel mocha, โ€œโ€ฆ itโ€™s just soโ€ฆ happy. Content.โ€

โ€œThese kinds of spaces are godsends for folks who may not fit in everywhere.โ€ Tiffany said. โ€œIโ€™ve known a few folks over the years who are a part of these scenes, and itโ€™s an incredible release for them. See that guy over there?โ€

I looked to see where she was nodding, and saw a man dressed in a pink dress that matched his dyed beard. โ€œThe guy in the pink?โ€

โ€œYeah.โ€ Tiffany replied. โ€œWho knows why he dresses like thatโ€ฆ what kind of inner need thatโ€™s met. The fact is, he can walk around here dressed however he wants with no judgment and no harassment. Itโ€™s probably one of the only times he can be truly free.โ€

โ€œAnd he dresses better than Jack.โ€ Raina added, and I had to laugh.

โ€œSo, anything on tap for tonight?โ€ I asked after.

โ€œFestival doesnโ€™t officially start until tomorrow.โ€ Raina answered. โ€œSo tonight itโ€™s explore and enjoy time.โ€

Cordelia, Drucilla, and Darla walked into the cafe next, and all three were in their human glamour. That was all they were in, tooโ€ฆ the festival was officially clothing-optional, and the three Fae sisters were taking full advantage of that by walking around in sandals and nothing else.

โ€œWell, you three are diving in feet first.โ€ Raina said with a grin.

                โ€œThere are lotsโ€ฆ โ€œ Darla said.

โ€œ... of naked people aroundโ€ฆ โ€œ Cordelia continued.

โ€œ... so we thought weโ€™d fit right in.โ€ Drucilla finished.

I looked around, and they were being noticed.
